We use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our environmental impact. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bene Vivendo. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, such as fresh flowers or fruits, due to their delicate nature.
